Installation Guidelines

When installing this motor on GA37+ air compressors, follow these standard procedures to ensure proper fit and performance:

Order motor 1625890933 specifically for GA37+ applications.

Replace the existing gearbox support (part number 1622313500) with the new support (part number 1625890928), and use two units of 1614660000 as spacers during gearbox mounting.

New holes may be required to mount the new gearbox support securely.

Replace existing spacers with two units of 0300027622, one unit of 0300027453, two units of 0300027496, and one unit of 1630060016.

Replace the existing bolt and washer with part numbers 0147149103 and 0300027622 respectively.

Adjust the motor support by moving it 15mm towards the coupling housing.

Note that the height of both the old and new motors, as well as the baffle diameter of the new motor, are not specified; check these dimensions on-site and make necessary adjustments.

The terminal box position of the new motor is 135 degrees counterclockwise (CCW) compared to the old motor; verify this on-site and adjust if needed.
