The series achieves energy efficiency that essentially meets the new national standard GB19153-2019 Level 1, with significantly increased Free Air Delivery compared to previous generation models.

Its low noise operation makes it suitable for field applications, while the built-in dryer (FF model) delivers high-quality compressed air with a 3°C pressure dew point.

1. Efficient Motor and Drive System

The GA 11⁺-30 is equipped with Atlas Copco s core drive chain and high-efficiency gearbox, ensuring exceptional reliability. Fitted with high-efficiency IE3/IE4 motors featuring lifetime grease-lubricated bearings, the drive system eliminates future maintenance hassle. The newly upgraded series delivers significantly increased FAD, fully meeting GB19153-2019 Grade 1 energy efficiency standards.

Featuring forced cooling, the electrical cabinet further reduces internal temperatures and extends the lifetime of electronic components. 3. Upgraded Touchscreen Monitoring System

The new Elektronikon® touchscreen controller features built-in smart algorithms to optimize system pressure and lower total energy consumption. Built-in SMARTLINK remote monitoring provides real-time system insights, while optional multi-unit control capability is available for installations with 2, 4, or 6 compressors.

FF models feature a built-in dryer with counterflow heat exchanger and integrated water separator, automatically regulated according to compressor load. The independent cooling fan, high-efficiency cooler, and built-in dryer with 3°C pressure dew point effectively prevent condensation and pipeline corrosion. The aftercooler with integrated water separator removes most moisture, while the standard electronic drain valve ensures automatic drainage while minimizing compressed air loss. Optional filters can reduce oil content in compressed air to below 0.01 ppm.
