1. Maintenance-free drive system

The GA 37⁺-75⁺/GA55-90 features a 100% maintenance-free, totally enclosed drive system protected against dirt and dust ingress. This high-efficiency drive arrangement eliminates coupling or slippage losses, ensuring optimal power transmission. Standard models operate at ambient temperatures up to 46°C/115°F, while high ambient versions extend this capability to 55°C/131°F, making them suitable for harsh environments.

2. IE3 / NEMA Premium Efficiency electrical motors

Equipped with IE3/NEMA Premium Efficiency motors, the GA 37⁺-75⁺/GA55-90 delivers exceptional energy performance. These motors feature IP55 protection class, Class F insulation with Class B temperature rise, and non-drive side bearings greased for life. Designed for continuous operation in harsh environments, these motors ensure reliable performance while minimizing energy consumption.

3. Robust spin-on oil filter

The robust spin-on oil filter removes 300% smaller particles than conventional filters, ensuring clean oil circulation and extending component service life. Equipped with an integrated bypass valve, the filter ensures continuous operation even during filter changes, preventing system downtime.
