Economizer Rotary Element Soot Blower là máy thổi bụi phần tử quay IK (Rotary) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt vùng nhiệt độ trung–thấp như bộ sấy không khí. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Máy thổi bụi phần tử quay LMD-D92 cho bộ hâm nước (economizer) và cụm ống trao đổi nhiệt. Ống thổi có giá đỡ trong đường khói, vòi phun bố trí dọc ống, quay để làm sạch toàn bộ bề mặt, giảm bám tro và duy trì truyền nhiệt.

LMD-D92 rotary sootblower is designed for the bank heating surface, its blowing tube is installed with some support in the flue gas channel, the nozzles are staggered arranged in the whole tube, it won’t move forward, only rotating, this is why it called rotary sootblower. Same as the furnace sootblower, Rotary sootblower don’t need the platform to put the sootblower body, only inside the boiler, we need to weld the support bracket.
