Sugar Mill Boiler Sootblower là máy thổi bụi phần tử quay IK (Rotary) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt vùng nhiệt độ trung–thấp như bộ sấy không khí. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Máy thổi bụi LMD-D92 cho lò hơi nhà máy đường (Sugar Mill) — là loại máy thổi quay, dùng rộng rãi cho lò hơi nhà máy đường (ví dụ các dự án tại Pakistan). Làm sạch tro bã mía bám trên bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt, duy trì hiệu suất lò.

LMD-D92 sugar mill boiler sootblower is one kind of rotary sootblower, widely used for sugar mill power plant boiler, in Pakistan project, there are many 75TPH, 170TPH boiler used this rotary type sootblower. The blowing tube of the sugar mill boiler sootblower is not moving forward, only rotating at the same place, so it will not occupy too much space outside the boiler. In the mean time, the cost of this type sootblower is less than the long retractable sootblower.

When seeing from outside of boiler, the structure of the cover shell is very similiar with the furnace water wall sootblower, just the blowing tube and application area is different.
