Boiler Soot-Blowing in Power Plants là máy thổi bụi kiểu vách/buồng lửa của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch xỉ bám trên vách nước buồng lửa lò hơi. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Máy thổi bụi LMD-V04 dùng cho lò hơi nhà máy điện, thổi tro ở vùng vách nước (water wall). Đây là thiết kế trước của LMD-V92 với kích thước nhỏ hơn. Làm sạch xỉ bám trên vách nước buồng lửa, ngăn đóng cốc.

LMD-V04 sootblower is used for power plant boiler ash blowing in the water wall field, which is the previous design of LMD-V92 sootblower, with smaller volume. It’s very convenient for plant side to install and maintain, no need the special suspension, and occupy less space.

Short retractable sootblower are normally installed in the negative pressure area of the boiler, in this case there would be enough air absorbed into the boiler, and make good sealing effect of the wall box and sootblower collector. If with positive pressure boiler, it need to equip the special positive pressure wall box, we can provide both of them to meet your requirement.

Our furnace sootblower is designed for wall heating surface, the basic element is the nozzle head which contain two Venturi nozzles. According to the ash of the combustion in the boiler, we will calculate and design the nozzle diameter and blowing pressure, in order to make the best of blowing efficiency.
