Φ70 feed tube packing is used for Diamond power type sootblower, like IK500, IK1M-AH type sootblowers. , which suited for the Φ70 feed tube. It’s main function is avoid steam leakage from the sootblower feed tube.
We have supplied for many power plants for Diamond power spare parts, like packing, poppet valve, reducer, support roller, feed tube, lance tube. For different type of lance tubes and feed tube, as the dimension and length are not standard, need to provide drawing for manufacturing.
Our company can manufacture our own type sootblower products, besides, we could produce replaced part for Shanghai Clyde Bergemann sootblower and Diamond power sootblower.

We adopt F class insulation for electric motor(Motor temperature rise as high as 105 ℃) and protection levels of IP55(anti-water spray and dustproof type),protection level of position switch reach high lever as IP67(flooding safety and dustproof type), moreover, foreign special steel and Bao steel is adopted to the lance tube in order to meet the demand of high temperature of gas flue and corrosion.
