sootblower Pressure Guage là hệ thống đường ống của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để đường ống hơi/khí cho hệ thống thổi bụi. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Mô tả sản phẩm

Đồng hồ đo áp suất quạt muội được sử dụng để kiểm tra áp suất dòng hơi trong đường ống quạt muội, để đảm bảo áp suất trung bình thổi đạt tiêu chuẩn. Đồng hồ đo áp suất máy thổi muội được kết nối với phích cắm van hình múa rối, để giúp kiểm tra áp suất van trong quá trình vận hành máy thổi muội.

1. Thiết bị phải thẳng đứng: nên sử dụng cờ lê 17mm để siết chặt thiết bị trong khi lắp đặt, không nên buộc phải vặn vỏ, tránh va chạm trong quá trình vận chuyển,

2. Thiết bị nên được sử dụng ở nhiệt độ môi trường xung quanh từ 25 ~ 55 °c;

3. Môi trường làm việc Tần số rung ＜ 25 hz, biên độ không quá 1mm;

4. Khi nhiệt độ môi trường quá cao, giá trị chỉ báo của thiết bị không trở về 0 , bạn có thể cắt phích cắm cao su kín ở phần trên của vỏ,

5. Nếu cần đo môi trường ăn mòn của thiết bị, chúng ta nên chỉ ra trước các yêu cầu.

Sootblower pressure gauge is used for testing the steam flow pressure in the sootblower piping line, to make sure blowing medium pressure is up to standard. Sootblower pressure gauge is connected with the poppet valve plug, to help checking the valve pressure during sootblower operation.

1. The instrument must be vertical: 17mm spanner should be used to tighten the instrument while installing, should not be forced to twist the case, collision should be avoided during transportation,

2. The instrument should be used in the ambient temperature of-25 ~ 55 °c;

3. Working Environment Vibration Frequency ＜ 25 hz, amplitude is not more than 1mm;

4. When the environment temperature is too high, the indication value of the instrument does not return to zero , you can cut the sealed rubber plug on the upper part of the case,

5. If need to measure the corrosive medium of the instrument, we should indicate the requirements in advance.
