Máy thổi bụi vách lò LMD-V92 dùng cho hầu hết các lò hơi (mọi lò đều có buồng lửa). Khi đốt nhiên liệu sinh ra tro/xỉ bám trên vách nước; máy thổi vách làm sạch khu vực này, duy trì truyền nhiệt và an toàn vận hành lò.
LMD-V92 Furnace wall sootblower is used almost every boiler, as every boiler will have the chamber of furnace. When boiler burning the fuel, it will produce the ash, so it need to install furnace wall sootblower, which installed on the boiler water-wall.
After the power supply of the soot blower is connected, the motor gear box drives the function nut through the sprocket, and the screw tube meshing with the nut then makes corresponding forward movement under the limitation of guidance, pushing the nozzle to the furnace.After 300mm of travel, the cam disc will lift the valve lever, the valve opens, and the purge begins. After the nozzle rotates for a circle or several circles, the nozzle exits the furnace backward. The valve lever leaves the cam disc and the valve closes, in the end the spiral tube moves backward until the limit switch is touched.
