IK Rotary Soot Blower là máy thổi bụi phần tử quay IK (Rotary) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt vùng nhiệt độ trung–thấp như bộ sấy không khí. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Máy thổi bụi IK Rotary: phần tử thổi được lắp vòi phun dọc toàn bộ chiều dài và quay trong dòng khói. Quá trình thổi thực hiện bằng chuyển động quay kết hợp điều khiển chuyên dụng, làm sạch tro ở vùng nhiệt độ trung–thấp (bộ sấy không khí, bộ hâm nước).

The rotary soot blower blowing element is equipped with nozzles along its entire length and rotates in the path of the flue gas. The blowing process is done in a rotating movement and a special control valve enables the cleaning of specific segments. The blowing process ends when the necessary number of rotations has been performed(this blowing cycle will be decided by site requirement). The blowing tube/element remains in the flue gas path.

LMD-D92 fixed rotary soot blower is mainly used for waste heat boilers, marine boilers, and fast-loading boilers. It is also used for purging the low-temperature area (reheater, economizer, tubular preheater, flue gas recirculation, and dust removal area) of the large-scale boiler, soot deposition, and coking on the heating surface.

We generally use a framework and wooden case package, which are suitable for sea and land export transportation. For longer soot blowers(above 6 meters

), we will use frame packaging and fix both sides with channel steel. For shorter soot blowers (less than 5 meters) and soot blower parts, we will use wooden cases for packaging. Each package will be covered with a rainproof cloth to prevent moisture. We usually use container and bulk cargo ships for transportation. If it is less than 12 meters, we will use the container for transportation. If it is more than 12 meters, we will put it on the deck of the ship.
