Sugarcane Boiler Rotary Sootblower là máy thổi bụi phần tử quay IK (Rotary) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt vùng nhiệt độ trung–thấp như bộ sấy không khí. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

LMD-D92 Rotary Sootblower is used to clean convection surfaces, heat exchangers of boiler tubes. In many sugarcane boiler, rotary sootblower is widely used. In one aspect, sugarcane boiler may not have wide platform to install long retractable sootblower, in other aspect, rotary sootblower save much more cost.

Both sea shipment, railway shipment, land shipment are acceptable.

package: frame-work package for long products；wooden case for spare parts. Both suitable for export delivery.

production time: Usually within 2 month for complete unit sootblower.

Submit technical proposal and commercial proposal when make quotation offers.

All the technical parameter meet customer’s requirement.

Before sign contract, the drawings will be confirmed by mutal side.

We could supply instruction service at plant site if needed, for both domestic market and foreign market.

For complete sootblower unit, usually 15 months from delivery. When there is any unclear during installtion or operation, we will offer support, until the queries cleared.

A: In 2 aspects, for complete sootblower, only if the end user not require specific brand, we could design our LEMOND sootblower based on the requirements. For sootblower parts, we could only supply the parts which OEM is LEMOND and Shanghai Clyde Bergemann. For the sootblower made by foreign countries, as the design is different, we suggest to find the OEM to supply the same replaced parts.

A: We provide 15 month guarantee for our sootblower, if you have any questions when installing, processing the soot blower, we have professional technical staff to help you solve the problem in time. We also provide instruction service for project renovation if you need, especially when it include piping system and control system .

A: Yes, we accept factory inspection of our customers, which help them check our real manufacturing status, and also display our advantages. Some of our customers will come our factory to do inspection before shipment.
