Maintanence-free Sonic Soot Blower là máy thổi bụi âm thanh (Sonic) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch tro tơi bằng sóng âm, không tiếp xúc cơ khí. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).
1. Kiểm tra hoạt động của hệ thống thường xuyên, kiểm tra tình trạng hoạt động của bộ phát âm, bộ lọc và van từ, đảm bảo hoạt động bình thường của hệ thống.
2. Cơ hoành trong âm thanh là thành phần chính của hệ thống làm sạch sóng âm, nó sẽ bị mòn sau thời gian dài sử dụng, chẳng hạn như máy phát âm thanh không phát ra âm thanh hoặc âm thanh bị suy yếu, nên thay thế kịp thời.
3. Sau khi sử dụng bộ lọc lâu dài, các tạp chất trong khí nén sẽ chặn bộ lọc, cần được kiểm tra thường xuyên. Nếu có hiện tượng tắc nghẽn, cần vệ sinh kịp thời.
4. Kiểm tra áp suất làm việc của hệ thống thường xuyên, áp suất thấp (dưới 0,4MPa), sẽ gây ra âm thanh bất thường của hệ thống, áp suất cao (cao hơn 0,6MPa), sẽ gây hư hỏng cho cơ hoành.

1. Check the system operation regularly, check the working condition of the sounder, filter and magnetic valve, ensure the normal operation of the system.
2. The diaphragm in the sounder is the main component of the sound wave cleaning system, it will be wear after long time use, such as the sound generator doesn’t sound or the sound is weakened, it recommended to replace in time.
3. After long term use of the filter, the impurities in compressed air will block the filter, it should be checked regularly. If there is a blockage phenomenon, it should be cleaned promptly.
4. Checking the system working pressure regularly, low pressure(less than 0.4MPa), will cause abnormal sound of the system, high pressure(higher than 0.6MPa), will cause damage to the diaphragm.
