Phạm vi sử dụng
- Hệ thống lò hơi: Làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt như buồng lửa, bộ quá nhiệt, bộ hâm nước, bộ sấy không khí trong nhà máy điện, lò hơi công nghiệp và lò hơi thu hồi nhiệt thải.
- Thiết bị bảo vệ môi trường: Bản cực/dây phóng, phễu tro của lọc bụi tĩnh điện/lọc bụi túi; làm sạch xúc tác cho thiết bị khử NOx SCR.
- Lưu trữ và trao đổi nhiệt: Làm sạch silo, phễu (chống tạo cầu và tắc nghẽn), đường ống vận chuyển tro, và chùm ống của các bộ trao đổi nhiệt.

- Đặc tính âm: Dải tần chủ yếu 75–250 Hz (dải rộng tới 2000 Hz), mức áp suất âm thường trên 140 dB, tối đa trên 155 dB.
- Nguồn khí & tiêu thụ: Thường dùng khí nén (0,3–0,7 MPa), tiêu thụ khí khoảng 1,5–3 m³/phút.
- Phạm vi áp dụng: Bán kính làm sạch hiệu quả một thiết bị khoảng 6–10 m, làm sạch 360° không điểm mù.
- Khả năng thích ứng môi trường: Loại thường chịu nhiệt ≤ 650℃, loại thiết kế đặc biệt tới 1200℃; vận hành gián đoạn (mỗi lần vài giây đến vài chục giây).

Scope of Use
- Boiler system: Cleaning of heat-exchange surfaces such as furnace, superheater, economizer, and air preheater in power plants, industrial boilers, and waste heat boilers.
- Environmental protection equipment: Electrostatic precipitators/bag-type dust collectors’ plates, wires, ash hoppers, as well as catalyst cleaning for SCR denitrification reactors.
- Storage and heat exchange: Cleaning of silos, hoppers (to prevent bridging and blockages), ash conveying pipelines, and tube bundles of various heat exchangers.
Performance parameters
- Acoustic performance: The frequency range is mostly 75 – 250Hz (with a wide frequency range up to 2000Hz), and the sound pressure level is usually above 140dB, with the maximum reaching over 155dB.
- Air source and energy consumption: Commonly used compressed air (0.3 – 0.7 MPa), with gas consumption approximately 1.5 – 3 m³/min.
- Scope of application: The effective cleaning radius of a single unit is approximately 6 to 10 meters, enabling 360° cleaning without any blind spots.
- Environmental Adaptability: The normal type has a temperature resistance of ≤ 650℃, while the specially designed type can reach up to 1200℃; it operates intermittently (for several seconds to several tens of seconds each time)
