chu kỳ bảo trì máy thổi bụi soot blower maintenance
1. Routine Maintenance Schedule (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Annual, applicable for steam retractable, wall-type & air preheater soot blowers)
1.1 Daily Inspection (On-duty shift)
• Check extension/retraction movement, jamming risk, pipe steam leakage, drain valve draining condition, nozzle ash clogging, local control cabinet indicators and motor temperature; inspect pipeline water hammer.
• Keep steam pipeline drain valves fully open to prevent water ingress damaging blow pipes.
1.2 Weekly Maintenance
1. Lubricate drive chains, guide rails and rollers with high-temperature lithium grease; check and top up gear reducer oil level.
3. Carry out local manual single-trial operation for all soot blowers and calibrate limit switch travel positions.
1.3 Monthly Maintenance
1. Inspect packing seals; tighten or replace graphite packing in case of steam leakage; adjust chain tension.
2. For long-retractable blowers: lubricate front supports and idler bearings; check gearbox oil condition (gearbox oil full replacement once per year).
1.4 Quarterly Maintenance
1. Conduct wall thickness measurement for soot blower pipes; replace pipes/nozzles if wall wear exceeds 1/2 of original thickness or nozzle aperture increases over 10%.
3. Pulse/gas-type soot blowers: replace gas filter element, remove carbon deposit on ignition electrode, adjust electrode gap to 2~3mm.
4. Disassemble and grind sealing surfaces of main steam pressure reducing valve & shut-off valve.
1.5 Annual Overhaul (Synchronized with boiler major maintenance)
1. Complete disassembly of all blowers: replace worn bearings, gears, sprockets and guide wheels; straighten deformed blow pipes.
2. Full valve inspection: grind valve cores and replace gaskets; calibrate all control cabinet components.
3. Complete interlock & program control test for whole system; set blow pressure and travel parameters.
2.1 Furnace Wall Short Soot Blower (IR type)
• Monthly: lubricate rotating mechanism and turn shaft manually for inspection
• Annual: pull out whole unit to overhaul nozzles and rotary seals
2.2 Long Retractable Soot Blower (IK type, for superheater/reheater/economizer)
• Monthly: maintain packing and bracket bearings
• Semi-annually: inspect inner & outer sleeve abrasion
• Annual: full disassembly and worn parts replacement
2.3 Fixed Air Preheater Soot Blower
• Weekly: clear blocked drain pipes
• Quarterly: dismantle and inspect nozzles against clogging
• Synchronized with air preheater overhaul (every 1~2 years): full pipeline disassembly & inspection
2.4 Acoustic / Pulse Shockwave Soot Blower
• Weekly: drain impurities from air source filter
• Every 3 months: replace filter cartridge and inspect horn vibration components
• Annual: full inspection for gas solenoid valves & ignition system, replace vulnerable parts
• Furnace short blow: once every 4~8h (4h for high-coking coal; 8~12h for high-quality coal)
• Superheater & reheater long blow: once every 12~24h
• Economizer & air preheater blow: once every 24h; once every 12h for high-ash fuel
For boilers firing high-ash/high-sulfur inferior coal & CFB boilers: shorten all maintenance cycles by 20%~30%.
