SCR Rake Soot Blower là máy thổi bụi kiểu cào (Rake) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt và thiết bị phản ứng SCR khử NOx. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Ở đây chúng tôi chia sẻ một số hình ảnh mà máy thổi muội cào của chúng tôi được lắp đặt bên trong và bên ngoài lò hơi, chúng tôi có hai loại thiết kế cho ống chính và ống cào, một là sử dụng mặt bích để kết nối ống, một phương pháp khác là hàn. Khi cần thay đổi, việc sử dụng kết nối mặt bích sẽ thuận tiện hơn.

Dự án này dành cho tập đoàn thép Formosa Hà Tĩnh Việt Nam vào năm 2019, 48 bộ máy thổi muội cào cho dự án mới, bây giờ nó đã bắt đầu hoa hồng thành công. Các công nhân nhà thầu địa phương đang làm công việc lắp đặt, kỹ sư của chúng tôi đang ở công trường nhà máy để được hướng dẫn.

Boiler fin heating surface, air preheater gas side heating surface

LMD-PSAT/D sootblower is specially designed for SCR denitrification reactor, two medium(steam and compressed air) are suitable. Rake tubes are packed separately for the shipment, as it need to be welded in plant site in the SCR area. Rake tube are always staying inside the reactor area, so the temperature inside the boiler is under 450°C, won’t be too high. This sootblower’s main spare parts are track beam, gear box, carriage, feed tube, lance tube, central tube, rake tube, valve, valve opening mechanism, terminal box, furnace support, front wheel support and wall box.

Here we share some picture which our our rake sootblower installed inside and outside the boiler, we have two type of design for the main tube and rake tube, one is using flange to connect tube, another method is welding. When there is changement needed, it’s more convenient to using flange connecting.

This project is for Vietnam Formosa Ha Tinh steel corporation in the year 2019, 48 sets of rake sootblower for the new project, now it start commission successfully already. The local contractor workers is doing installation work, our engineer is at plant site for instruction.
