We produce all type of reducer for Shanghai Clyde Bergemann for 20 more years, for sootblower type V04, V92. D92, PSSL, PSSL/B, PSSB, PSSB/B, PSAT, PSAL, PSAT/D, RKSB, RKAT, RKSL, RLSB. We could provide the same reducer for you only if you provide the project name.

The ash blower reducer usually consists of a gearbox, carriage and motor. The walking roller is fixed on the walking box. The double-shaft gear box is driven by a three-phase motor, the drive gear on one end of the shaft is engaged with the rack on the girder to achieve the axial movement of the walking box. Another shaft(longitudinal) allows the ash pipe to rotate through chain drive. The ash tube packing box has two functions:
