Pressure testing device is a kind of pipeline manometer which is used to measure the pressure of oil, natural gas, city gas, water vapor and other high-pressure roads, the Air Inlet of the globe valve is connected to the pipeline under test through a pipe joint, and the air outlet of the globe valve is connected with a testing instrument, the valve body and the pipe joint are connected by the connecting nut with positive and negative threads, which not only ensures the sealing performance, but also can adjust the direction of the handle and the pressure gauge arbitrarily, which is safe, convenient and accurate in measurement, it is especially suitable for pressure measurement on high pressure pipelines such as CNG filling stations. A pressure gauge is just a measuring instrument.

In order to reach technical standard and fulfill customer’s special requirement, we make exceptional processing for some key spare parts. We adopt F class insulation for electric motor(Motor temperature rise as high as 105 ℃) and protection levels of IP55(anti-water spray and dustproof type),protection level of position switch reach high lever as IP67(flooding safety and dustproof type), moreover, foreign special steel and Bao steel is adopted to the lance tube in order to meet the demand of high temperature of gas flue and corrosion.
