PS Long Retractable Sootblower là máy thổi bụi thò dài (Long Retractable) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch tro/xỉ vùng nhiệt độ cao như bộ quá nhiệt, tái nhiệt. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

PS Long Retractable Soot blower : When the travel distance is between 6-8 meters, we recommend to use LMD-PSSL long retractable sootblower, which is common used in 300MW unit boiler. It mainly applied on convection heating surface like superheater, reheater and economizer.

Coal-fired plants produce electricity by burning coal in a boiler to produce steam. The steam produced, under tremendous pressure, flows into a steam turbine, which spins a generator to create electricity. The steam is then cooled, condensed back into water and returned to the boiler to start the process over.

Sootblower is seen in coal fired boiler in the most case, as there will be heavy ash produced when burning coal powder. A sootblower is a device for removing the ash that is deposited on the internal furnace tubes of a boiler during combustion to prevent plugging of the gas passes and maintain boiler efficiency. If there are accumulated ash on the heating surface, it will cause bad influence for the heat transfer and then affect the boiler effiency.

So sootblower is the necessity of the coal fired boiler.
