LMD-RKSL sootblower is also widely used in incineration power plant, it is mainly used in 600MW unit boiler, and has good selling market in foreign countries. its double rack is much more stable in design, and sronger power to lead the blowing tube. Besides, Lemond has a patent of this chain wheel, which can save the cost and less maintenance.
Because of the special design of gearbox transmission, the nozzle arranged on the lance tube moves into the flue way along different spires each time to avoid any blowing dead space. There are usually two nozzles on the lance tube, so the pitch between spires equals half of the spiral travel.
