The single-track long-extending blowout device is an automated blowout equipment that uses an electric motor to drive a running vehicle to move along a single track (main beam), thereby causing the blowout gun tube to rotate and extend along the track to enter the boiler flue. It uses the end nozzle to spray high-speed steam or compressed air, sweeping the heated surfaces with a spiral trajectory to thoroughly clean the ash and slag deposits. After the blowout process is completed, it automatically retreats outside the boiler.
It is mainly applicable to the convective heating surfaces in coal-fired, biomass, waste incineration, and various waste heat boilers where the flue gas temperature is relatively high (typically applicable in flue gas environments ranging from 600℃ to 1600℃), and where there is a tendency for coking. Such areas include screen-type superheaters, high/low-temperature superheaters, reheaters, economizers, slag-catching tubes (condensate tubes), and tube-type air preheaters, etc.

。 Single stroke is usually no more than 7.62 meters (can be customized to be longer)
。 The speed of the gun barrel’s movement up and down is approximately 1.8 to 3.5 meters per minute.
。 The rotational speed is approximately 10 to 35 r/min.
。 The effective sweeping radius is approximately 1.5 to 2 meters, and the sweeping angle is 360 degrees.
。 Motors commonly use 0.75 – 1.5 kW (380V/3-phase/50Hz).
