Máy thổi bụi cho vùng bộ tái nhiệt (reheater) của lò hơi, nơi nhiệt độ khói thấp hơn vùng quá nhiệt một chút. Thường thiết kế kiểu thò dài (long retractable), vật liệu ống súng chọn theo nhiệt độ. Với dòng Lemond PSSL, hành trình thường trong 8 m; với lò siêu tới hạn, hành trình có thể tới 20 m (dùng loại RKSL, RLSL).
Khi yêu cầu báo giá, cần cung cấp: hành trình thổi, độ dày vách lò, kích thước sàn thao tác, kích thước lỗ trên vách, áp suất và nhiệt độ hơi.
Boiler reheater sootblower is the sootblower used in boiler reheater area, the flue gas temperature is a little lower than super heater area.We usually design long retractable sootblower, the lanc tube material will be designed according to the temperature, usually T91 material used in high temperature area, and 15CrMo material used in lower temperature area.
For Lemond PSSL reheater sootblower, the travel is usually within 8 meters. For supercritial boiler unit, the travel is very long up to 20 meters, in this case, another type long retractable sootblower RKSL and RLSL will be designed.
