LMD-RKSB một nửa máy quạt muội có thể thu vào, so với máy quạt muội bán thu vào LMD-PSSB, máy quạt muội này được sử dụng rộng rãi trên nồi hơi đơn vị 600MW, ưu điểm của nó là thiết kế giá kép, máy quạt có thể ổn định và hiệu quả hơn. Vì một phần của ống luôn ở trong kênh khí thải, vì vậy nhiệt độ trong khu vực nhà máy không cao, các kỹ sư của chúng tôi sẽ giúp thiết kế mặt bằng theo yêu cầu cụ thể.

Convection heating surface of boiler superheater, reheater and economizer
LMD-RKSB half retractable sootblower, compared with LMD-PSSB semi retractable sootblower, this sootblower is widely used on 600MW unit boiler, its advantage is the double rack design, the blower machine can be more stable and effective. As part of the tube is staying in the flue gas channel all the time, so the temperature in the plant site is not that high, our engineers will help to design the plan according to the specific inquiry.
Above picture was taken when our team visited Vinh Tan power plant in Vietnam in year 2019. We get thorough knowledge of this power plant, and we have supply spare parts for them for many years. And after visiting the site, we instructed the site workers how to prevent and maintain the sootblower system in a proper way, to improve the working efficiency and avoid further unnecessary problems happen.
