Diamond Limit Switch là linh kiện điện máy thổi bụi của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để phụ tùng điện cho máy thổi bụi. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).
Công tắc giới hạn kim cương có nghĩa là nó được sử dụng trong máy thổi muội kim cương. Công tắc giới hạn này có ba loại khác nhau: 801-NX7, 801-NX8, 801-NX10. Nó được áp dụng trong các máy quạt muội hơi nước khác nhau.
Đây là quy trình gỡ lỗi lạnh của thiết bị thổi có thể thu hồi ngắn, sau đây là quy trình bắt đầu.
(1) Đưa tay cầm vào trục thoát thứ hai ở phía sau động cơ và lắc tay cầm để di chuyển ống xoắn ốc về phía trước khoảng 100mm.
(2) Để kiểm tra hướng quay của động cơ, phải kết nối nguồn điện động cơ và tắt ngay lập tức để kiểm tra tay lái của ống xoắn ốc.
(3) Kiểm tra công tắc hành trình dừng (giới hạn), khi ống xoắn ốc ở phía trước vị trí kết thúc khoảng 100mm. Nếu bật nguồn, ống xoắn ốc phải ngừng di chuyển khi di chuyển về phía sau, chẳng hạn như dừng công tắc giới hạn bằng áp lực tay.
(4) Kiểm tra công tắc hành trình quay trở lại (giới hạn), nhấn nút bắt đầu và ống xoắn ốc sẽ di chuyển về phía trước. Sau khi quét được chỉ định hoàn tất, ống xoắn ốc phải ngay lập tức trở về vị trí vô hiệu hóa. Nếu không, hãy kiểm tra đường dây.
Để đạt được tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và đáp ứng yêu cầu đặc biệt của khách hàng, chúng tôi thực hiện xử lý đặc biệt cho một số phụ tùng chính. Diamond limit switch means it used in Diamond power sootblower. This limit switch has three different kinds: 801-NX7, 801-NX8, 801-NX10. It applicated in different steam sootblowers.
Here is the cold debugging procedure of the short retracatable blower, the following is the process of starting.
(1) Insert the handle into the second exit shaft at the rear of the motor and shake the handle to move the spiral tube forward about 100mm.
(2) In order to check the direction of the motor rotation, the motor power supply must be connected and immediately shut down to check the steering of the spiral tube.
(3) Check the stop stroke(limit) switch, when the spiral tube is about 100mm in front of the end position. If the power is turned on, the spiral tube must stop moving when it moves backwards, such as stopping the limit switch with hand pressure.
(4) Check the return stroke(limit) switch, press the start button, and the spiral tube will move forward. After the designated sweep is completed, the spiral tube must immediately return to the deactivated position. If not, check the line.
