Denox SCR Rake Soot Blower là máy thổi bụi kiểu cào (Rake) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt và thiết bị phản ứng SCR khử NOx. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

LMD-PSAT-D denox Rake Sootblower được thiết kế để làm sạch các bề mặt gia nhiệt có vây, máy tiết kiệm và hệ thống DeNOx. LMD-PSAT-D denox Rake Sootblower sử dụng năng lượng tiềm năng trong môi trường thổi (hơi nước hoặc khí nén) và biến đổi nó gần như hoàn toàn thành động năng bằng các vòi phun venturi. Theo thiết kế này, máy quạt muội sử dụng một cây thương không quay được chế tạo đặc biệt để áp dụng tất cả công suất làm sạch xuống bề mặt chất xúc tác. Điều này cho phép r hiệu quả

LMD-PSAT-D denox Rake Sootblower is designed to clean finned heating surfaces, economizers and DeNOx systems. LMD-PSAT-D denox Rake Sootblower uses the potential energy in the blowing medium (either steam or compressed air) and transforms it almost entirely into kinetic energy by means of venturi nozzles. Following this design, the sootblower uses a specially devised non-rotating lance to apply all cleaning power down towards the catalyst surface. This enables the effective re-entrainment of solid particulate and reduced pressure loss across the catalyst surface.

4.Guidelines for the Selection:For sootblower complete unit, we could design according to the info you are given, such as boiler arrangement drawing, we design for different type of sootblower for different location. For the sootblower spare parts, with item code or picture, we could supply for you the one if we have it.

A: We are manufacturer, which have import and export liscence. All key parts are machined by our factory, we have NC lathe, gear grinding machine, bench drill, industrial furnace, sand-blasting machine, machining center…….so we have more advantage for quality control.

A: Generally it is 35 days for regular sootblower, for some spare parts, we already have stock.

A: Sorry, our parts are industries use, no samples. But you could buy 1 pcs for try samples.

A: In most case, TT 30% after contract validated, 70% before shipment. In some country which TT is not accepted, we could do L/C payment.
