Fixed Rotary Ash Blower là máy thổi bụi phần tử quay IK (Rotary) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt vùng nhiệt độ trung–thấp như bộ sấy không khí. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Máy thổi tro quay cố định (Fixed Rotary) lắp cố định trên vách lò, ống thổi quay liên tục để làm sạch tro ở vùng nhiệt độ trung–thấp như bộ sấy không khí, bộ hâm nước. Lemond cung cấp đầy đủ các loại máy thổi bụi cùng dịch vụ, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và phụ tùng cho hệ thống lọc bụi tĩnh điện (ESP) và xử lý tro bay.

This type sootblower has great demand by our customer both in domestic market and foreign market., as it’s suitable for economizer area ash blowing.

About LMD-D92 rotary element sootblower, in some foreign countries, they also called it as “mechanical rotary sootblower”. When the power supply of the electric motor is turned on, the electric motor drives the screw nut to rotate by means of gearbox, chain and chain wheel fitted on the nut. Mean while the cam disc mounted on chain wheel rotates also. The cam disc opens the valve through operating lever. The blowing medium flows into element tube and sprays out from a lot of nozzles. Thus the ash deposited on the heating surface is remove. The diameter and arrangement of nozzles are related to arranged reasonably to achieve the best blowing result.
