Soot Eliminator Of Boiler là máy thổi bụi thò dài (Long Retractable) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch tro/xỉ vùng nhiệt độ cao như bộ quá nhiệt, tái nhiệt. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Chúng tôi đang tham gia sản xuất, phát triển và bán nồi hơi đốt than, khử LƯU huỳnh GGH, khử nitơ SCR, làm mát khí, bộ sấy sơ bộ không khí,bên cạnh đó, chúng tôi có quạt muội hơi, quạt muội、 âm thanh và quạt muội sóng xung kích được sử dụng trên góc ngọn lửa ống khói ngang. Hơn nữa, hệ thống điều khiển và đường ống liên quan, hệ thống vận chuyển khí nén và thiết bị môi trường được cung cấp từ phía chúng tôi.

Để đạt được tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và đáp ứng yêu cầu đặc biệt của khách hàng, chúng tôi thực hiện xử lý đặc biệt cho một số phụ tùng chính. Chúng tôi áp dụng cách điện loại F cho động cơ điện (Nhiệt độ động cơ tăng cao tới 105 ℃) và mức bảo vệ IP55(loại chống nước và chống bụi)

, mức độ bảo vệ của công tắc vị trí đạt đòn bẩy cao như IP67(loại an toàn chống ngập và chống bụi), hơn nữa, thép đặc biệt nước ngoài và thép Bảo được sử dụng cho ống giáo để đáp ứng nhu cầu nhiệt độ cao của khí thải và ăn mòn.

LMD-RKSL soot eliminator of boiler, in most time, we call sootblower, in pakistan, some customers like to use soot eliminators instead. Soot eliminator of boiler is widely used in thermal power plant, it is mainly used in 600MW unit boiler, its double rack design is much more stable when travel is relative long.

Besides, Lemond has a patent of this chain wheel, which can save the cost and less maintenance.

Because of the special design of gearbox transmission, the nozzle arranged on the lance tube moves into the flue way along different spires each time to avoid any blowing dead space. There are usually two nozzles on the lance tube, so the pitch between spires equals half of the spiral travel.

,protection level of position switch reach high lever as IP67(flooding safety and dustproof type), moreover, foreign special steel and Bao steel is adopted to the lance tube in order to meet the demand of high temperature of gas flue and corrosion.
