Sootblowing System là máy thổi bụi thò dài (Long Retractable) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch tro/xỉ vùng nhiệt độ cao như bộ quá nhiệt, tái nhiệt. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Boiler sootblowing system helps cleaning the ash on the boiler heating surface, usually in all kind of coal fired boiler, biomass boiler, industrial boiler, refuse incineration boiler. When the ash accumulation is heavy, it will have bad influence for the boiler heat transfer, which cause problem for power plant operation. So it’s very necessary to install sootblowers. In most power plant, they will use steam sootblower, it has better than sonic sootblower, When consider reduce the steam usage, usually design the steam sootblower and sonic sootblower together. We could make different proposal according to customer’s request.

A: For some spare parts we will normally prepare in stock, it will be available. For sootblower machine, it depends on the sootblower type and quantity. we can adjust our producing plan according to the order.

A: We provide 15 month guarantee for our sootblower, if you have any questions when installing, processing the soot blower, we have professional technical staff to help you solve the problem in time. We also provide instruction service for project renovation if you need, especially when it include piping system and control system .

A: In every step of the producing, our quality department will make inspection accordingly, especially the tubes, we make X-ray of the welding tube, to make sure no problem before shipping.

A: Yes, we accept factory inspection of our customers, which help them check our real manufacturing status, and also display our advantages. Some of our customers will come our factory to do inspection before shipment.

A: We prefer TT payment, L/C is also acceptable from our side for big amount.
