- Quá trình làm việc: Xe tiến đưa súng vào lò, vòi phun đi vào và tự mở van thổi tro; đến giới hạn trước thì đảo chiều, quỹ đạo lùi lệch để tránh bỏ sót; khi gần vách lò thì đóng van và lùi về vị trí ban đầu chờ.
- Kết cấu chính: Động cơ dẫn động, hộp số (trục vít–bánh vít và bánh răng thẳng), bánh răng đi (ăn khớp thanh răng), bánh răng côn truyền động quay, và hộp làm kín (stuffing box).
- Đặc điểm then chốt: Thường thiết kế kín hoàn toàn, chống bụi và khí ăn mòn; tốc độ tiến/lùi có thể thay đổi bằng cách thay bánh răng cấp một bên ngoài, hoặc thay bước xoắn bằng bộ bánh răng thẳng cuối (mật độ thổi–quét).

- Core function: Installed on the guide rail, it is driven by the motor to move back and forth along the beam, driving the internal blower gun tube to rotate into/out of the boiler to achieve long stroke and large area heat surface cleaning.
- Working process: After starting, the sports car moves forward to send the gun into the furnace, and the nozzle enters and automatically opens the valve to blow ash; when reaching the front limit, it reverses, the backward trajectory is staggered to avoid omissions, when close to the furnace wall, the valve is closed, and it retreats to the starting position to wait.
- Main structure: Includes a driving motor, a gearbox (worm gear, worm wheel and positive gear set), a walking gear (meshing rack), a rotating transmission umbrella gear, and a stuffing box (to seal the gun tube and the inner tube to prevent medium leakage).
- Key features: Usually a completely sealed design, preventing dust and corrosive gas from invading; the speed of advancing and retreating can be changed by replacing the external first-level gear, or the helical line pitch can be changed by replacing the final positive gear set (blow-sweep density).
