SCR Sonic Soot Blower là máy thổi bụi âm thanh (Sonic) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch tro tơi bằng sóng âm, không tiếp xúc cơ khí. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Máy thổi bụi âm thanh SCR: (1) Cấu tạo đơn giản, thân máy không cần điện, không có bộ phận chuyển động/cơ cấu quay và không có chi tiết dễ hỏng nên dễ vận hành, bảo trì; (2) Kích thước nhỏ gọn, làm sạch không tiếp xúc bằng sóng âm, phù hợp thiết bị SCR và bề mặt nhạy cảm.

7. The installation range is wide. In addition to opening holes on the furnace wall, the original soot blower holes, coke holes, fire observation holes, and other positions can be used for installation.
8. Convenient installation, no need to set up a soot blower platform, small space occupied inside and outside the furnace wall, and no impact on boiler maintenance.
9. The control system is divided into automatic and manual functions, which can form a unit by itself or can be connected to the DCS system to realize fully automatic operation.
Sonic soot blower could be used in various fields, it is applicable to various boiler types and any part of the boiler, including a furnace water wall, superheater, reheater, economizer, air preheater, electric precipitator, etc.
And for soot blower Desulfurization and denitration retrofit project, usually need to install a new sonic soot blower or Rake type soot blower for SCR catalyst, to meet the environmental requirements.
1、 Keep the sealing plate in place according to the thickness of the furnace wall.
2、 Extend the acoustic soot blower to the soot blower hole, weld the sealing plate to the steel plate of the furnace wall, and weld with the straight pipe of the soot blower.
3、 To connect the air source piping, first add a flat cover and a blanking plate at the flange of the acoustic soot blower, loosen the flange gap and purge the pipeline. The soot-blowing air source is a 6-8kg high-pressure air source. The blanking plate can be removed and the pipeline can be connected only after it is confirmed that all the pipelines are purged clean (generally, it needs to be purged for more than 3 hours).
