D92 Rotary Sootblower là máy thổi bụi phần tử quay IK (Rotary) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt vùng nhiệt độ trung–thấp như bộ sấy không khí. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Máy thổi bụi quay D92 thiết kế cho bộ hâm nước và vùng trao đổi nhiệt của lò hơi. Ưu điểm là không cần sàn thao tác, lắp trực tiếp trên vách lò, tiết kiệm không gian và chi phí lắp đặt.

D92 rotary sootblower has great demand by our customer both in domestic market and foreign market., as it’s suitable for economizer area ash blowing.

D92 rotary sootblower is designed for boiler economizer, heat exchanger area. Its advantage is it no need platoform, directly installed at boiler wall as furnace sootblower. But the difference between D92 rotary sootblower and V04 furnace sootblower is that the tube length of furnace sootblower is designed the same, rotary sootblower tube length is designed as plant site condition, not standard. Its blowing tube is installed with some support in the flue gas channel, the nozzles are staggered arranged in the whole tube, it’s not moving forward, only rotating, this is why it called rotary sootblower.
