Air Heater Hot Side Soot Blower là máy thổi bụi bộ sấy không khí của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch tro ở bộ sấy không khí, giảm trở lực khí thải. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Máy thổi muội phía nóng của bộ gia nhiệt không khí LMD-PSAT được sử dụng ở vị trí bộ gia nhiệt không khí lò hơi (thể hiện ở phía trên của hình ảnh thổi), hơi nước thổi từ trên xuống dưới. Máy quạt muội loại này được sử dụng cho máy sưởi không khí loại quay. 2 bộ máy quạt muội sẽ được lắp đặt trong một máy sưởi không khí, được bố trí ở phía nóng và lạnh riêng biệt.

Cr-Mo steel or special steel suited for boiler working condition

LMD-PSAT air heater hot side sootblower is used in boiler air heater location( showed in the upper side of blow picture), steam blowing from up to down. This type sootblower is used for rotary type air heater. 2 sets sootblower will be installed in one air heater, arranged in hot side and cold seperately.

Here is the picture showed how air heater sootblower function on the boiler air heater:

Only when steam temperature supplied to soot blower is higher than 300℃, soot blower can be put into operation. It is harmful to clean soot with low temperature steam. It would cause worse contamination on heating surface before cleaning. During the start-up period, various methods must be utilized to reduce soot deposit on air preheater. But if steam temperature is lower than 300℃, and power plant has no other steam supply, soot blowing is not suggested. During start-up and shut-down of boiler, soot cleaning for APH is not suggested. In normal operation, soot blower for APH could operate once in a day. Theoretically, compressed air heated to 150℃ could avoid undercooling of heating surface when used for soot blowing. But if purified compressed air of 30-40℃ is used for soot cleaning on heating surface where temperature is higher than average value of cool end, the performance is also good.
