Application scope: Primarily used in blast-type or rotor-type air preheaters of boilers in thermal power plants and other large industrial boilers. It is a key equipment for solving the problem of ash accumulation and blockage in the cold section (low-temperature section) of the air preheater, reducing the resistance of the flue gas, preventing the fan from stalling, and alleviating the wear of downstream equipment.
Main performance:
- Structural form: It adopts a rake-shaped multi-point spray structure, usually equipped with 2 to 4 sets of rake teeth, each set having multiple nozzles, achieving wide coverage.
- Operating method: The blower gun barrel is vertically lifted and lowered by the motor drive (the stroke is usually 1.2 to 2.5 meters). Combined with the slow rotation of the air preheater rotor, it completes the cleaning of the entire circumference.
- Cleaning medium: Typically, superheated steam (with a pressure of approximately 0.8 to 1.5 MPa) or compressed air is used.
- Control Characteristics: It features an automatic program control function. It can automatically start based on the pressure difference signal or be periodically activated during the boiler start-up and shutdown stages.
- Core Advantage: Compared with traditional cleaning methods, this approach has greater penetration power and can effectively remove the compacted ash and dirt deep within the heat storage elements. It significantly reduces the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the air preheater, thereby improving the operational efficiency of the boiler.
