Thiết bị thổi bụi buồng lửa (thường gọi là “thổi bụi kiểu vách” hay “thổi ngắn”) là thiết bị thổi bụi quay cố định, lắp trên bề mặt vách nước của buồng lửa lò hơi. Chủ yếu dùng để loại bỏ cặn bám và tro tích trên bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt của vách nước vùng cháy. Nó dùng thanh đẩy ngắn để đưa ống súng thổi có vòi phun vào lò; dưới dẫn động của động cơ điện, quay liên tục 360° để phun hơi hoặc khí áp cao, tạo mặt làm sạch hình quạt hoặc hình nón. Sau khi làm sạch, ống súng tự động rút ra để tránh hư hại do nhiệt độ cao.

Phạm vi sử dụng

Chủ yếu ứng dụng cho bốn vách của buồng đốt (buồng lửa) của lò hơi nhà máy điện và lò hơi công nghiệp lớn, đặc biệt tại vùng vòi đốt, góc hướng dòng và phần trên của phễu tro lạnh — các vùng vách nước dễ bị đóng xỉ, kết cốc. Đây là tuyến phòng thủ đầu tiên ngăn đóng cốc quy mô lớn trong lò.

Đặc tính chính

• Môi chất thổi: Thường dùng hơi quá nhiệt (áp suất khoảng 1–1,5 MPa) hoặc khí nén.
• Hành trình tác động: Tương đối ngắn, thường 200–500 mm, chỉ đưa vòi phun vào vùng làm sạch hiệu quả trong lò.
• Tốc độ quay: Tương đối nhanh, thường 4–12 r/min, đảm bảo phủ nhanh bốn vách nước.
• Bán kính làm sạch: 1–1,5 m.
• Góc làm sạch: Tiêu chuẩn 360° toàn chu vi; một số vị trí lắp đặc biệt có thể điều chỉnh định hướng (90°, 180°).
• Thiết kế chịu nhiệt: Vật liệu ống chịu nhiệt độ cao trong lò (khoảng 1000℃–1600℃), kèm kết cấu làm kín chịu nhiệt cao.
• Phương thức truyền động: Chủ yếu truyền động bánh răng bằng động cơ, kết cấu đơn giản gọn nhẹ, khởi động/dừng nhanh; chu kỳ làm sạch một thiết bị thường 30–120 giây.

The furnace soot blower (commonly known as “wall-type soot blower” or “short blow”) is a fixed rotating soot blowing device installed on the water-cooled wall surface of the boiler furnace. It is mainly used to remove the deposits and accumulated ash from the heated surfaces of the water-cooled walls in the combustion area. It uses a short push rod to extend the soot blowing gun tube with a nozzle into the furnace. Under the drive of an electric motor, it rotates continuously in 360° to spray high-pressure steam or air, forming a fan-shaped or conical cleaning surface. After the cleaning process, the gun tube automatically retracts to prevent high-temperature damage.

Scope of Use:

It is mainly applied to the four walls of the combustion chambers (hearth) of power station boilers and large industrial boilers, especially in the burner area, the deflector angle, and the upper part of the cold ash hopper, etc., which are the water-cooled wall areas prone to coking and slagging. It is the first line of defense to prevent large-scale coking in the furnace and ensure the safe operation of the boiler.

Main performance:

• Blowing medium: Typically, superheated steam (with a pressure of generally 1 to 1.5 MPa) or compressed air is used.
• Action stroke: The stroke is relatively short, usually ranging from 200 to 500mm, and only the nozzle is inserted into the effective cleaning area within the furnace.
• Rotational speed: The rotational speed is relatively fast, typically ranging from 4 to 12 r/min, to ensure rapid coverage of the four water-cooled walls.
• Cleaning radius: 1 – 1.5 meters
• Cleaning angle: The standard configuration is a full 360° circumferential cleaning. For some special installation positions, it can be adjusted to directional cleaning (such as 90°, 180°).
• Temperature-resistant design: The barrel material must be able to withstand the high temperatures in the furnace (approximately 1000℃ to 1600℃), and it is equipped with a high-temperature-resistant sealing structure.
• Driving method: Mostly uses motor gear transmission, with a simple and compact structure, quick start and stop. The single unit cleaning cycle is usually 30 to 120 seconds.
