Oscilating Retractable Soot Blower là máy thổi bụi thò/rút (Retractable) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt của lò hơi. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Để đạt được tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và đáp ứng yêu cầu đặc biệt của khách hàng, chúng tôi thực hiện xử lý đặc biệt cho một số phụ tùng chính. Chúng tôi áp dụng cách điện loại F cho động cơ điện (Nhiệt độ động cơ tăng cao tới 105 ℃) và mức độ bảo vệ IP55(loại chống phun nước và chống bụi), mức độ bảo vệ của công tắc vị trí đạt đòn bẩy cao như IP67(loại an toàn chống lũ lụt và chống bụi), hơn nữa, thép đặc biệt nước ngoài và thép Bảo được sử dụng cho ống giáo để tôi

LMD-PSPB oscilating sootblower is one kind sootblower of half retractable sootblower. Because the blowing angle is not the whole circle as 360°, its blowing area only at one side, that’s why this type sootblower is called oscilating sootblower. Due to its blowing requirement, the sootblower design is different as half retractable sootblower.

Our company was registered in 2011, we are engaged in manufacturing all kind of steam sootblower and sonic sootblower used for coal-fired boiler, GGH desulfurization, SCR denitration, gas cooler, air preheater. Moreover, the relevant control and piping system, aspirating pneumatic conveying system and environmental equipment are offered from our side.

Our sootblower are widely used in 100MW~1200MW power plant boiler, chemical boiler、paper-making、glass、cement kiln boiler, waste incineration， industry boiler and marine boiler, which provide professional technical solution and complete pre-sale、after –sale services for our customers.

In order to reach technical standard and fulfill customer’s special requirement, we make exceptional processing for some key spare parts. We adopt F class insulation for electric motor(Motor temperature rise as high as 105 ℃) and protection levels of IP55(anti-water spray and dustproof type),protection level of position switch reach high lever as IP67(flooding safety and dustproof type), moreover, foreign special steel and Bao steel is adopted to the lance tube in order to meet the demand of high temperature of gas flue and corrosion.
