Máy thổi muội còi là một máy thổi muội cài đặt thuận tiện, dễ lắp đặt và bảo trì. Nó thích hợp cho nồi hơi tro nhẹ, đặc biệt là cho khu vực xúc tác SCR.
1. Tro phải khô và dạng bột, độ ẩm càng ít thì hiệu quả làm sạch càng tốt.
2. Áp suất âm thanh phải đạt đến giá trị đủ cao trong bất kỳ phần nào của không gian làm sạch, có nghĩa là để xác nhận số lượng máy phát điện được lắp đặt.
3. Thời gian dừng không thể quá dài để đảm bảo rằng tro chưa được tích hợp chắc chắn với nhau. (thời gian lưu thông chung là 10-15 giây sau mỗi 5-10 phút)
4. Trong một số trường hợp luồng không khí thẳng đứng, trọng lực có thể loại bỏ tro lỏng, nhưng trong những trường hợp khác, nó đòi hỏi luồng không khí ở tốc độ dưới 5m/s để loại bỏ bụi bẩn.

Horn sootblower is a convenient Installation Soot Blower, easy to install and maintainenance. It suitable for the light ash boiler, especially for SCR catalyst area.
1. The ash must be dry and powdery, the less moisture, the better the cleaning effect.
2. The sound pressure should reach a sufficiently high value in any part of the cleaning space, it means to confirm the numbers of the generators installed.
3. The stopping time can’t be too long to ensure that the ash is not firmly integrated with each other yet. (the general circulation time is 10-15 seconds every 5-10 minutes)
4. In some occasion of vertical airflow, gravity can remove the loose ash, but in other occasions, it requires airflow at a speed of less than 5m/s to take away the dirt.
