Double Rack Steam Rake Soot Blower là máy thổi bụi kiểu cào (Rake) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt và thiết bị phản ứng SCR khử NOx. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Đối với máy thổi muội bằng cào hơi giá kép LMD-RKAT, phần tử thổi là ống cào thổi bao gồm một ống trung tâm và một số ống nhánh có vòi phun. Van hình múa rối cung cấp môi trường thổi qua ống cấp liệu cố định. Rake bồ hóng chỉ di chuyển về phía trước và phía sau nhưng không xoay, tất cả các phụ tùng thay thế đều dễ bảo trì. Máy thổi muội LMD-RKAT được thiết kế đặc biệt cho lò phản ứng khử nitơ SCR, hai môi trường(hơi nước và khí nén) phù hợp. Ống cào được đóng gói

Trong hầu hết thời gian, chúng tôi sẽ sử dụng máy thổi muội cào hơi loại PAST-D, vì chức năng là như nhau, nhưng một số lần khách hàng sẽ yêu cầu dòng RK cào đôi, như máy thổi muội thu hồi dài RKSL, máy thổi muội cào hơi RKAT và một nửa có thể thu vào RKSB. Các loại máy quạt muội này là giá kép, phù hợp hơn cho đơn vị nồi hơi trên 600MW.

Hướng dẫn lựa chọn:Đối với máy thổi muội hoàn chỉnh, chúng tôi có thể thiết kế theo thông tin bạn cung cấp, chẳng hạn như bản vẽ bố trí nồi hơi, chúng tôi thiết kế cho các loại máy thổi muội khác nhau cho các vị trí khác nhau. Đối với các phụ tùng máy quạt muội, với mã hàng hoặc hình ảnh, chúng tôi có thể cung cấp cho bạn nếu chúng tôi có nó.

For LMD-RKAT double rack steam rake sootblower, the blowing element is a blowing rake tube consist of a central tube and several branch tube with nozzles. The poppet valve supply the blowing medium through the fixed feed tube. Rake sootblower only move forward and backward but not rotated, all the spareparts are easy to maintain. LMD-RKAT sootblower is specially designed for SCR denitrification reactor, two medium(steam and compressed air) are suitable. Rake tubes are packed separately for the shipment, as it need to be welded in plant site in the SCR area. Rake tube are always staying inside the reactor area, so the temperature inside the boiler is under 450°C, won’t be too high. This sootblower’s main spare parts are track beam, gear box, carriage, feed tube, lance tube, central tube, rake tube, valve, valve opening mechanism, terminal box, furnace support, front wheel support and wall box.

In the most time, we will use PAST-D type steam rake sootblower, as the function is the same, but some times customer will request double rake RK series, like long retractabel sootblower RKSL, rake steam sootblower RKAT and half retractable sootblowr RKSB. These type sootblower are double rack, which is more suitable for boiler unit above 600MW.

4.Guidelines for the Selection:For sootblower complete unit, we could design according to the info you are given, such as boiler arrangement drawing, we design for different type of sootblower for different location. For the sootblower spare parts, with item code or picture, we could supply for you the one if we have it.

A: We are manufacturer, which have import and export liscence. All key parts are machined by our factory, we have NC lathe, gear grinding machine, bench drill, industrial furnace, sand-blasting machine, machining center…….so we have more advantage for quality control.

A: Generally it is 35 days for regular sootblower, for some spare parts, we already have stock.

A: In most case, TT 30% after contract validated, 70% before shipment. In some country which TT is not accepted, we could do L/C payment.
