Motorised Rotary Sootblower là máy thổi bụi phần tử quay IK (Rotary) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt vùng nhiệt độ trung–thấp như bộ sấy không khí. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Máy thổi bụi quay dẫn động động cơ LMD-D92, dùng rộng rãi cho nhiều nhà máy điện sinh khối. Động cơ điện dẫn động cơ cấu quay, làm sạch tro ở vùng nhiệt độ trung–thấp, vận hành tự động, bảo trì thấp.

LMD-D92 motorised rotary sootblower is widely used in many biomass power plant, which use the bagasse and palm fruit peel as burning fuel. LMD-D92 motorised rotary sootblower is designed for the bank heating surface, its blowing tube is installed with some support in the flue gas channel, the nozzles are staggered arranged in the whole tube, it won’t move forward, only rotating, this is why it called rotary sootblower. In some south-east countries, they have small biomass power plant, they use manual rotary sootblower in the earlier time, but they found the effect is not good, so they change to motorised rotary sootblower, which with better blowing effect and save labor power.
