LMD-PSAT sootblower for air preheater, it’s the sootblower designed for air heater, usually there are rotary round type air heater and pipe bundle air heater. In the picture below it showed the rotary type air preheater. According to the product name, we could know that this kind of sootblower is specially designed for air preheater ash blowing, its blowing capability is stronger than multi-nozzle sootblowers, and can conquer the difficulties of uneven purge blowing due to the rotary movement of air preheater. The sootblower will be arranged in both upper side and down side of the blowing surface, if the distance of the blowing tube and blowing surface is too high, we will design a well frame tube to make the best of blowing effect.
