Long‑retractable sootblowers (common models include C305/C405/C505, IK525/IK545, etc.) are automatic cleaning devices designed to remove ash deposits on boiler heating surfaces.
Product Overview: Adopting rack‑and‑pinion drive, the soot‑blowing lance tube rotates and extends forward into the furnace driven by a motor. High‑pressure steam or compressed air is ejected through nozzles at the tip to perform cleaning along a 360° spiral path. After cleaning, the lance tube automatically retracts out of the furnace to prevent high‑temperature burnout damage.
Application Scope: Mainly used for heating surfaces in high‑temperature zones of coal‑fired, biomass, waste‑to‑energy and other boilers, such as superheaters, reheaters, economizers, slag screens, furnace tops and tubular air preheaters. They are also applicable to waste heat boilers in metallurgical, chemical and other industries.
