Retractable Soot Blower Of Coal Boiler là máy thổi bụi thò/rút (Retractable) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt của lò hơi. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Mô tả sản phẩm

Bề mặt gia nhiệt đối lưu của bộ quá nhiệt nồi hơi, bộ hâm nóng và bộ tiết kiệm

Thép Cr-Mo hoặc thép đặc biệt phù hợp với điều kiện làm việc của lò hơi

Chuyển động tiến và lùi được điều khiển bởi cơ chế giá đỡ và bánh răng. Tất cả các bộ phận truyền động đều dễ bảo trì.

Van tương tự như các máy thổi muội khác của Lemond được áp dụng cho dòng LMD-PS để giảm yêu cầu dự trữ phụ tùng tổng thể.

Trong trường hợp nhiệt độ khí cho phép trong lò hơi, máy thổi muội PSSB cũng có thể được cung cấp theo cấu hình có thể thu vào một phần để giảm sự nhô ra bên ngoài của máy thổi muội từ lò hơi.

Máy quạt muội gắn trực tiếp vào hộp treo tường của lò hơi, hệ thống treo điểm trước và sau cho phù hợp với sự giãn nở ngang và dọc của thành lò hơi.

The forward and reverse movement is driven by rack and pinion mechanism. All driving parts are easy to maintain.

The same valve as the other sootblowers of Lemond is applied for the LMD-PS series to reduce overall parts stock requirements.

Where gas temperature permits in boiler, PSSB sootblower can also be supplied in a partially retractable configuration to reduce the exterior projection of the sootblower from the boiler.

The sootblower mounts directly onto wallbox of boiler, front and rear points suspension to suit horizontal and Vertical expansion of the boiler wall.
