Steam Rake Soot Blower là máy thổi bụi kiểu cào (Rake) của Zhejiang Lemond, dùng để làm sạch bề mặt trao đổi nhiệt và thiết bị phản ứng SCR khử NOx. Thiết bị chính hãng, thông số kỹ thuật chi tiết theo bảng dưới đây (giá trị giữ nguyên theo nhà sản xuất).

Máy thổi muội cào hơi LMD-PSAT/D được thiết kế đặc biệt cho lò phản ứng khử nitơ SCR, hai môi trường (hơi nước và khí nén) phù hợp. Đặc biệt khi vấn đề môi trường ngày càng nghiêm ngặt, chúng tôi đã thực hiện nhiều dự án cải tạo chất xúc tác SCR. Một số khách hàng sẽ thêm một số máy thổi muội bằng âm thanh để tiết kiệm lượng hơi nước tiêu thụ.

Máy thổi muội bằng cào hơi LMD-PSAT/D được thiết kế đặc biệt cho lò phản ứng khử nitơ SCR, hai môi trường(hơi nước và khí nén) phù hợp. Thông thường khi bạn cần loại máy thổi muội này, chúng ta cần biết các thông số như sau:1. kích thước của lò phản ứng 2. máy thổi muội sẽ được bố trí ở phía nào 3. áp suất và nhiệt độ của nguồn khí. 4. kích thước nền tảng5. ống thổi cần phải chống ăn mòn hay không. 5. lò phản ứng là áp suất âm hay dương.

Some customer will add some sonic sootblower for saving the steam consumption.

Normally when you need this kind of sootblower, we need to know the parameters like this:1.the dimension of the reactor 2. which side will the sootblower be arranged 3. the pressure and temperature of gas source. 4. the platform dimension5. the blowing tube need to be anti-corrosion or not. 5. the reactor is negative or positive pressure. 6. do you need control box? If yes, is it control by PLC or DCS? These are need to be provided by your side, then our enginners will make drawing according to your requriement.
